Jingilli olives are slow ripened in the cool climate of the
Frankland River region in Western Australia and cold pressed
immediately after harvest to create an oil with intense fruit

No refining processes are used
in the production process and the oil contains less than 0.8%
free fatty acid, no cholesterol or preservatives.
