The Groves

The Frankland River Grove – our southern grove

When you plant Tuscan olive varieties in a cool Tuscan-style climate, the results are spectacular. Combine this with cutting edg technology, and the dedication of the most passionate olive growing team in Australia, and you have the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Australia –Jingilli.

More than 105,000 healthy olive trees grow amid the loamy soils, cool climate and pristine environment of Frankland River.

They are tended and harvested using state-of-the-art machinery. The cool climate of this region in Western Australia’s Great Southern allows the olives to develop gradually, delivering robust flavours, more antioxidants, and a longer shelf life.

  • 105,000 trees
  • Mostly Tuscan variety of Leccino and Frantoio olives
  • Extra Virgin Oils from this grove are strong and robust, with full peppery and pungency characters

The Parmelia Grove is located in the Moore River Region, an area specialising in high density olive production. Because of the differing climate and harvesting times, this location complements the Frankland River Grove and allows us to share resource and expertise.
